FAQ's - Facilities
Are all areas wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Sections of the park are level; however, due to the mountain terrain there are some hills. The Wild West train ride is wheelchair accessible.
Are there designated areas where I can change diapers or nurse my baby?
Yes. There are diaper-changing facilities available in all restrooms except at the Tweetsie Palace and the Ticket Office. A nursing station is available in a private room at the First Aid Station for nursing mothers. The First Aid Station is in the Depot building on Main Street. Please see a First Aid staff member for access.
Do you have a First Aid Station?
Yes. Tweetsie Railroad has a First Aid Station staffed with medical personnel at all times during park hours.

“I just have to email you to brag on Tweetsie! I brought my children (along with a friend and her children) to Tweetsie this fall. We only live a little over an hour away but had not been to Tweetsie in several years. Everyone at Tweetsie was SUPER NICE!!! We go to another park at least once a month and there is no comparison....Tweetsie won, hands down! Everyone working on the rides, in the shops, EVERYONE was so courteous and nice. Thanks for a very enjoyable day!!!”
